We Cover Quality Issues (100%)

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or wrong, we'll make it right—no hassle:

  • Full refund or free replacement
  • No return shipping required (just send photos)
  • 30-day window from delivery date
  • Email us at [returns@rootedreps.com] with order # + clear photos

Examples we cover:

  • Faded/missing print
  • Wrong size/color sent
  • Torn stitching or fabric defects
  • Shipping damage

Size Exchanges (You Pay Production + Return Shipping)

Wrong size? Here's the simple process:

  1. Order replacement through our store (same price as original)
  2. Return original to us (you pay return shipping)
  3. We'll refund original order once received

Pro tip: Check our Size Guide before ordering—most customers size up 1 for hoodies.

No Returns for Change of Mind

Custom-printed items cannot be returned for:

  • Buyer's remorse
  • "I don't like it anymore"
  • Color/size preference after delivery

This supports our on-demand model that reduces textile waste.

International Orders

Same policy worldwide. Customer pays all return shipping unless defective. Customs/duties non-refundable.

Processing Times

  • Refunds: 5–7 business days to original payment
  • Replacements: 2–5 business days to produce + ship
