We Cover Quality Issues (100%)
If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or wrong, we'll make it right—no hassle:
- Full refund or free replacement
- No return shipping required (just send photos)
- 30-day window from delivery date

Examples we cover:
- Faded/missing print
- Wrong size/color sent
- Torn stitching or fabric defects
- Shipping damage
Size Exchanges (You Pay Production + Return Shipping)
Wrong size? Here's the simple process:
- Order replacement through our store (same price as original)
- Return original to us (you pay return shipping)
- We'll refund original order once received
Pro tip: Check our Size Guide before ordering—most customers size up 1 for hoodies.
No Returns for Change of Mind
Custom-printed items cannot be returned for:
- Buyer's remorse
- "I don't like it anymore"
- Color/size preference after delivery
This supports our on-demand model that reduces textile waste.
International Orders
Same policy worldwide. Customer pays all return shipping unless defective. Customs/duties non-refundable.
Processing Times
- Refunds: 5–7 business days to original payment
