Each item is custom-made when you order, so production takes 2–5 business days + 3–7 days shipping (US). Total:5–12 business days. International varies by country. You'll get tracking when it ships.

Yes, through our print-on-demand model and material choices:

• Our eco hoodie uses organic cotton/recycled polyester blends.
• All products use water-based DTG inks (no harsh chemicals).
• Made only when ordered = zero overproduction or deadstock waste (unlike fast fashion).
• Ships in post-consumer recycled (PCR) mailers.
  We're committed to stewardship—reducing waste while making gear that lasts. Not perfect, but meaningfully better.

• Defective/damaged: Full refund or replacement. Must file claim withing 14 days of receiving (contact us with photos).
• Wrong size/Color: Please see our Returns & Exchanges policy.
