If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, email returns@rootedreps.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Once verified, we’ll send a free replacement or offer a refund, depending on the situation.
If you ordered the wrong size or color, you can place a new order for the correct item. Afterward, email returns@rootedreps.com with both order numbers and we may be able to offer a one‑time courtesy discount on that replacement purchase (not guaranteed, case by case).
